When you use Musicful’s user-generated music features (such as uploading, creating, editing, or publishing music, audio, or lyrics), we may collect and process the content you submit, including related metadata (e.g., upload time, title, tags, and copyright information).

3. Payment Information

When you make a purchase on Musicful by credit card or bank transfer, or through a third party, we may collect some financial information (including but not limited to payment records, bank account, payment-related data).

We also collect non-personal information − data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use and process non-personal information for service improving purposes. For example, we may analyse aggregated usage patterns, spam-filtering data, or behavioural insights to improve services.

We limit data sharing to what is strictly necessary for app functionality and service improvement.

(2) Device Information When you download, install, or use the Musicful Mobile App, we may collect device-specific information, including: Device model, operating system, hardware identifiers; Mobile network information; App version and crash diagnostics. This information helps us ensure compatibility, provide updates, and improve app performance.

(3) Location Data When you use the Mobile App, we may collect and process information about your device’s approximate or precise location (depending on your device settings). Location data may be used to improve app features, recommend content, or for compliance with local legal requirements. You may control location sharing through your device settings.

(4) Push Notifications We may send push notifications, alerts, or in-app messages regarding your account activity, service updates, or promotional offers. You can manage or disable push notifications in your device’s settings. Essential service-related notifications may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing notifications.

(5) App Store Permissions When you use the Mobile App, you may be asked to grant permissions (e.g., microphone access, file storage, camera access) depending on the features you use (such as recording audio for AI music creation). You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. If you decline certain permissions, some features of the Mobile App may not function properly.

(6) Mobile Payment Information Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by their providers. We do not store your complete payment details.

1. Account Settings: You may delete your account through clicking the avatar in the top right corner → Manage Account → Member Center → My Account → Account Security → Delete Account.

2. Email Requests: You may submit verifiable requests for access, correction, deletion, or opt-out by emailing support@musicful.ai .

3. Verification: To protect your data, we may require identity verification before fulfilling requests.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. After this period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised, unless in following circumstances:

(1) We may retain information for internal analysis to provide and develop the Service and for other purposes set out in this Policy;

(2) We may retain the aggregated and anonymized information for legitimate and commercial/non-commercial purpose;

(3) We may retain information to comply with any contractual or legal obligations, judicial proceedings, and other legal or regulatory requirements.

You can delete your uploaded content at any time or request us to remove it. Publicly shared content may remain accessible for a short period due to caching or prior sharing. We may retain necessary logs to meet legal or regulatory obligations.

To delete your account, please click the avatar in the top right corner, then click "Manage Account" to enter the Member Center, then log in on My Account page, go to Account Security page and tab Account Cancellation. Or, you may submit a verifiable request to close your account by contacting with our support (support@musicful.ai). We will delete your Personal Information that we have collected.

You may also exercise and amend your choices by sending an email to us as specified in the "How to Contact Us" section below.

How We Protect Personal Information

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls. If information is leaked due to system vulnerabilities, we will notify the affected users within 72 hours.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

International Transfer of Information

We may store your information in a secure server located outside of your jurisdiction. We may also transfer your information internationally to achieve one or more of the purposes discribed in the Policy.
