● For a consistent flow, use the same Vibe to maintain melody and atmosphere.
● For creative effects, you can intentionally switch styles to add a plot twist or climactic section.

Tips & important notes
● Always edit the original lyrics—especially if you are reusing someone else's work.

Video Type
Choose the type that best matches your song's vibe:
1. Singing Video
Performer-focused: the main character lip-syncs and performs like in a professional music video or concert footage.
Best for: Pop, rock, rap — songs where vocals and performance are the star.
2. Narrative Video
Story-driven: turns your song into a mini-movie with plot, scenes, and emotional progression (think Taylor Swift or The Weeknd style).
Best for: Songs with deep emotion, themes, or story arcs (love, heartbreak, growth, adventure).
3. Abstract Video
Mood & art-focused: no literal story or performance - pure visuals, colors, motion, and atmosphere (like music visualizers or experimental videos).
Best for: Instrumental, ambient, electronic, chill tracks, background visuals, NFTs, or artistic experiments.
Main Character
The main character is the central figure in your MV and adapts to the chosen type (lip-sync in Singing, drives the story in Narrative, becomes stylized in Abstract).
Options
● Use built-in characters (e.g., Chole, Kai) — ready to go.
● Upload your own photo for a personalized character.
Upload Requirements
● Minimum size: 512 × 512 px
● Max file size: 10 MB
● Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, JPG (use English filenames, no special characters)
Photo Tips
● Use clear, well-lit, front-facing photos for best results
● Avoid blurry, low-light, side-profile, or extreme-angle shots
Prohibited uploads
Photos of children, excessive nudity, gore/violence, discriminatory content, or anything violating platform rules.
Privacy
Uploaded photos are used only for this generation and automatically deleted afterward. They are never stored permanently or shared with third parties.
Video Concept
The Video Concept is a text prompt that sets the tone, story, visuals, transitions, and sync with the music.
● Leave blank → AI creates a default concept from lyrics, tempo, and mood
● Write your own → Get more precise, unique, and personalized results
How to Write a Strong Concept
● Be specific and concrete (instead of "very romantic" → "candlelit rooftop dinner under stars, slow-motion rain, longing glances")
● Structure by song sections: Intro / Verse 1 / Chorus / Bridge / Outro
● Include camera moves and actions: "slow zoom-in", "quick cuts", "running through neon streets", "floating in zero gravity"
Not sure where to start? Click "Generate AI Concept" - AI suggests a concept you can edit or use directly.
Preview Storyboard
Preview and refine every shot before final generation (uses fewer credits).
How to Use
1. After setting type, character, and concept → click Preview Storyboard
2. Review generated shots → edit prompt on any unsatisfactory frame and regenerate
3. Choose model:
● Lip-Sync - accurate mouth movement synced to lyrics (ideal for Singing Videos, uses more credits)
● Basic - no lip-sync, faster & cheaper (good for Narrative/Abstract)
4. Click individual shots to fine-tune: camera angle, facial expression, pose, etc.
Note
● Previews generate quickly (seconds to minutes depending on length/complexity)
● Failed generations refund the credits used for that shot

Rights & Ownership
What counts as commercial vs non-commercial use?
1. Non-commercial use - strictly for personal entertainment, learning, or social sharing where no profit is involved.
Examples:
● Listening on Musicful
● Uploading to YouTube or other social media platforms is allowed, as long as it is not for profit.
2. Commercial use - any scenario involving direct or indirect revenue.
Examples:
● Distribution on Spotify / Apple Music
● Use in ads, trailers, games, or film soundtracks
● YouTube channels with monetisation enabled
● Selling or licensing the music
Usage rights by plan
See full Pricing details: Musicful Pricing
1. Free / Basic users
● Allowed: Non-commercial use only
● You may use music for study, practice, or personal sharing
● Not allowed: any monetisation or profit-making activities
2. Standard / Pro / Lifetime users
● Allowed: Commercial use
● You may release, sell, monetise, or license your generated music in any legal commercial context
Copyright & Ownership
1. Why is copyright complicated?
Copyright laws differ across countries, and many regions still debate whether AI-generated music qualifies for protection. Before applying for copyright or using songs commercially, we strongly recommend checking with your local copyright office or relevant authority.
2. Ownership by plan:
● Free / Basic users: Music ownership belongs to Musicful. You may only use it for non-commercial purposes.
● Standard / Pro users: Music ownership belongs to you. You also receive commercial usage rights, meaning you can release, sell, or license your songs.
Even if you have usage or ownership rights, your music may not always qualify for copyright protection, since many jurisdictions only recognise works made by humans.
Ownership ≠ Copyright (analogy)
● J.K. Rowling holds the copyright to Harry Potter.
● Even if you buy the book (ownership), you cannot legally scan and upload it, or adapt it into a film (copyright remains with the author).
● Similarly, if music is created entirely by AI, some jurisdictions may not treat it as “human-created,” and thus it may not qualify for copyright.
Special case: Lyrics copyright
● If you wrote the lyrics yourself → You fully own the copyright and may register them separately.
● You may also register the full song with your lyrics included. In some regions, copyright offices may recognise you as the song's author, with Musicful treated only as a supporting tool.
● Laws differ, so always confirm with your local copyright authority before registering.

Stay tuned for full MV support coming soon!
